With easy integration with Learning Environment, ePortfolio is designed to be incredibly efficient and to reduce the need for help desk, IT staff, and user management administrators. The flexibility of roles and permissions structure enables our clients to customize ePortfolio to reflect the unique environment of their own institution. While ePortfolio is user-centric, administrators could choose to enforce a branded look and feel by locking down specific templates and themes.

Streamlining the interface and experience for ePortfolio by combining all artifacts, reflections, presentations and collections into one list provides users with a single view within which to search and filter items. The single view provides more flexibility for filtering items and makes it simple to navigate, sort and add items.
Social Networking Integration
Users are able to insert Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn identities in their profile allowing users to leverage their various social networking connections in their educational, personal and professional communities.
The integration of social media tools for externally shared presentations bridges the gap between the educational sharing in ePortfolio with a user's personal and professional communities. Public presentations can now be "liked" on Facebook, "tweeted" on Twitter and recommended on Google +1.

ePortfolio offers robust assessment capabilities through integration with our industry-leading Competencies tool. Feedback and assessment can be applied at a granular level to individual artifacts, collections, reflections, or entire presentations. Evaluators can review all comments and assessments made by peers to gain a more complete picture into the learning process and make an insightful assessment. Plus ePortfolios can be submitted in a locked version to a course dropbox for evaluation.

Templates
Clients can support users in the development of effective ePortfolios by providing frameworks for content and presentations and pushing out ePortfolio artifacts, presentations, reflections and collections to courses or groups.
Reporting
ePortfolio reporting capabilities are built with our end-users and their institution in mind. Administrators can view logs of anyone who accessed their ePortfolio and any changes made to items. A wealth of rich information from ePortfolio is available in the Data Warehouse and reporting tools. Our clients have access to the very detailed information of competency achievements (for example, when they were completed, where, and how they were assessed). Clients can also gain access to assessments and frequencies, information from forms such as artifact templates, and that data can be further aggregated and analyzed.
Import/Export
Any collection, reflection, artifact, presentation, even the entire ePortfolio contents can be imported or exported using our publishing standard. This key feature supports lifelong learning beyond a user's time with a single organization.
Web Services
Clients can extend ePortfolio capabilities through custom integrations using a fully supported Web Services interface. ePortfolio offers significant extensibility through Web Services for uploading materials, creating reflections, tagging, and sharing.
