Technical Support Analyst, Tier 3(ref #D2LTSA2012W)
The Technical Support Analyst, Tier 3 requires an individual who has experience in resolving highly technical complex client issues. You possess technical knowledge and problem solving skills; experience in a helpdesk environment providing senior level technical support to clients is an asset. In this position you will provide support for clients from all verticals who are using our enterprise suite of eLearning web-based software.

Software Developer (ref #D2LSD2012W)
We are looking for junior, intermediate and senior students to design and implement technical solutions using .NET technologies for our suite of products. You will develop new features for our enterprise web applications. You will also be working on leading applications that are used by millions of students every day!

Quality Assurance Developer (ref #D2LQAD2012W)
We are looking for Junior, Intermediate and Senior Students to be Quality Assurance Developers. Quality Assurance Analysts/Developers at Desire2Learn use every trick and resource at their disposal to try and break our eLearning platform. The successful candidate will employ testing techniques on software components as they are developed, ensuring that the solutions are practical, stable, and user-friendly. QA Analysts/Developers work closely with their fellow product team developers and designers, in a collaborative and open environment. While this position does not involve programming of our products, it could include development or writing drivers and scripts to expedite the testing process.

To be eligible for Desire2Learn's co-op positions, you must be:
- Enrolled in a post-secondary program
- Committed to work for 4 continuous months of full time work
- Able to work out of our headquarters location in Kitchener, Ontario
